No additional shells, parts or tools are required. The Rapid Release lid is one of the fastest and most intuitive quick change lid systems on the market and allows for easy switching between the DYE R2 Quick Feed™ and traditional polycarbonate lids. The opening is 15% larger than the Rotor™, allowing for a faster and more efficient loading process. The R2™’s new circuitry provides one of the industry’s first “Reload Alert Systems”. Additionally, the new electronic “Dynamic Force Control” ensures that the R2’s energy drive moves balls with consistent force, delivering paint exactly when you need it.
